Q: Can I become a Kool & Elfring endorser?
With respect to endorsements we have a very clear point of view: We do not do paid endorsements of well-known artists or endorsement discounts for upcoming artists.

Q: What's the standard delivery-time?
Normally we ship within 2 to 3 weeks after payment receipt.
Q: Which freight forwarder do you use?
We use UPS. (Standard Service)
Q: Does the freight charge include insurance?
Yes, every consignment is fully insured.
Q: Can I purchase cabinet parts (e.g. speakers, grillcloth, empty cab's etc.) seperately?
We don't sell parts (so no speakers, grill cloth, tolex etc.)
Q: Can I purchase an unloaded cabinet (cab without spealers)?
Yes it is possible to buy a cabinet without speaker(s). You can order through our online store or by email: sales@kool-elfring.com
Price includes free choice of cabinet covering (4 choices) and grill cloth design (3 choices). Also included connector, speaker mounting screws, solder and wire.
Q: Can I pick up my order at Kool & Elfring?
Yes you can.
Q: Can I try one before purchasing?
Yes of course, you're welcome! But please contact us for an appointment first. You can also test one at one of our specialized dealers.
Q: If I would not be happy with my purchase, could I return it?
Yes, we offer a 100%, satisfaction guarantee. If you are not absolutely satisfied with our product, simply return it to us and we will issue a full refund directly to you.(minus freight charges!)
The following conditions apply:
- Return within 7 days after reception
- Return in it's original container
- The cabinet and it's speakers must be unharmed
- Freightcharges are not refundable
- Before returning please ask for RMA-number. (We will not accept return shipments without RMA nr. !)
Q: I live in Canada. Do you sell outside of Europe??
Yes, no problem, just send us an email or fax and we'll take it from there. But you should be aware that when the goods arrive in your country, you will most likely be charged a percentage of the invoice total for taxes/duty fees. Most countries will charge you taxes/duty fees on product being imported. These charges are imposed by your own country/government, not by us! You will be responsible for paying these charges. For more information, please contact your country’s Customs office.
Q: Do you sell speaker cables?
Yes, you can add a 1,5 meter speaker cable to your order
